Action Rack
Betting Terms & Conditions
These terms govern every wager, open challenge, 1-on-1 Action match and spectator side bet placed on Action Rack. You must confirm you have read and accepted them — including the 5% winner fee — before any stake is taken.
1. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to create, accept or join any wager, challenge or side bet.
- Wagering is not offered where it is prohibited by law. It is your responsibility to ensure peer-to-peer wagering is legal where you live before participating.
- You must hold a verified Action Rack account and sign in before any funds are accepted.
- One account per person. Duplicate or syndicate accounts used to abuse markets may be suspended and their wagers voided.
2. Platform fee — 5% of the winning payout
- Action Rack charges a fee of 5% of the total pot on every settled wager, challenge or side-bet pool.
- The fee is deducted automatically at the moment of settlement and is paid by the winner — it is taken out of the payout, never added on top of your stake.
- Example: two players each stake $20 (a $40 pot). The winner receives $38.00 and Action Rack retains $2.00.
- The fee schedule for any bet is always displayed before you confirm it. By ticking the consent box you accept the fee shown.
3. Stakes and escrow
- Both sides of a peer-to-peer wager post the same stake. Funds are held securely in escrow and cannot be withdrawn by either party while the wager is open or matched.
- Deposits are processed by our payment provider (Stripe). Action Rack never stores your full card details.
- A wager is only live once both stakes have cleared. Unfunded challenges remain open and may be cancelled at any time before they are matched.
- If a match is cancelled, abandoned or voided before a result is agreed, all stakes are returned in full and no fee is charged.
4. Settlement and results
- Peer-to-peer wagers settle when both parties confirm the same result. For listed tournament fixtures, settlement follows the official published result from the governing body or broadcaster.
- Spectator side bets on 1-on-1 Action matches are graded on the result agreed by the two players.
- Winnings are credited to your Action Rack balance once settlement completes. Payout timing to your bank or card depends on the payment provider.
- If the two parties cannot agree on a result, the wager enters dispute review (see section 6) and funds remain in escrow until resolved.
5. Fair play and market integrity
- You must not bet on any match you are playing in, officiating, or have inside information about, except the stake you post as a player in your own 1-on-1 challenge.
- Match-fixing, collusion, or using the platform to launder funds is strictly prohibited and will result in account closure, voided wagers and reporting to the relevant authorities.
- Odds shown on the odds board are model prices for guidance, not guaranteed bookmaker odds. Peer-to-peer wagers settle on the terms both sides accepted.
- We may void any wager where an obvious error (wrong fixture, wrong players, technical fault) occurred, returning all stakes in full.
6. Disputes
- Where players disagree on a result, both parties may be asked to provide evidence (score sheets, stream footage, referee confirmation).
- Action Rack's decision following a review is final, and the pot will be paid to the party found to be the legitimate winner, less the 5% fee.
- Accounts that repeatedly lodge false claims may be suspended and outstanding wagers voided with stakes returned.
7. Responsible play
- Wagering is entertainment, not a source of income. Never stake money you cannot afford to lose.
- Set personal limits and take breaks. If wagering stops being fun, stop.
- If you feel you may have a gambling problem, seek help from a local support service such as Gamblers Anonymous or your national problem-gambling helpline.
- We may apply cooling-off periods or account restrictions where we believe play is harmful.
8. Account conduct
- You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials and two-factor settings secure.
- Abusive behaviour toward other users, tournament organisers or staff may lead to suspension.
- We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, with legitimate escrowed funds returned after review.
9. Changes to these terms
- We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place a wager applies to that wager.
- Material changes will be announced on the site. Continuing to place wagers after a change means you accept the updated terms.
- Questions about these terms can be sent to Tournaments@actionrack.pro.
10. Advertising creative standards
- All advertisements submitted for display on Action Rack must be high-definition, clearly readable on mobile and desktop, and supplied in the exact dimensions and file format requested for the chosen placement.
- Advertisers confirm they own, or have full permission to use, every image, logo, trade mark and word in the creative. No unauthorised third-party branding, copyrighted material or misleading claims may be used.
- We reserve the right to reject, request replacement for, or remove any artwork that is blurry, stretched, pixelated, offensive, misleading, or otherwise below spec. No refund of fees will be due where rejection is caused by the advertiser's failure to meet these standards.
- By uploading or emailing creative, the advertiser agrees to indemnify Action Rack against any claim arising from the use of that creative.
18+. Play responsibly. Peer-to-peer wagering involves real money and carries risk. If it stops being fun, stop and seek support.
